I have lost a receipt, how do I get another copy?
Please contact your local store, and request a duplicate of your receipt. Due to data constraints receipts may not be printable before a certain date.
I have lost my Business Account card, how do I receive a replacement?
Please contact your local store where you first setup your account.
I have a problem with my True Value Rewards card?

Can I view Nuts and Bolts ad's and promotion's online?
Yes, ad's and promotion's are posted online under the Circular tab. All ad's and promotion's are posted in PDF format.

Online Store
How do I return products I purchased online?
Option 1 - Return in-store
All products purchased online can be returned in our stores. Please bring your Order Confirmation e-mail with you.
Option 2 - Return by mail
Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) is required. Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form.
If I return a product(s) or my whole order will I receive a refund for the original shipping?
Shipping is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any problems with the return carrier, including lost or stolen packages.
Which shipping service do you use?
All packages are shipped using FexEx ®. Customers have the option of choosing Ground or Standard Overnight. All packages can be tracked on the FedEx site by entering your supplied tracking number.
