In-store Return Policy
Receive a full refund with a Receipt.
Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price listed on their receipt. Customers must present the receipt at the time of transaction.
Exchange only when receipt is not present at the time of transaction.
Exchange only. Customers will receive the option to exchange their product with other products in the store.
Please note that at anytime management may refuse items to be returned or exchanged.
Online Returns
Option 1 - Return in-storeAll products purchased online can be returned in our stores. Please bring your Order Confirmation e-mail with you.
Option 2 - Return by mail
Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) is required. Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form.
